Piravom Valiyapally – St. Mary's Orthodox Syrian Cathedral

Historical Significance
The temple is one of the important heritage monuments in the Piravom region. Its architecture represents traditional Kerala temple design, with a distinctive circular shrine, timber construction and a copper-covered conical roof. The temple is associated with three early inscriptions dating to the 12th and 13th centuries.
The temple is traditionally associated with the 108 Shiva temples of Kerala and is locally connected with traditions concerning Parasurama. These are religious traditions rather than archaeological conclusions.
Attutheeram River View Park, Piravom
Attutheeram River View Park, Piravom is a riverside recreational destination located along the Muvattupuzha River in Piravom. It is situated on the Piravom–Veliyanadu Road, Piravom, Kerala – 686664. Attutheeram River View Park was developed as an eco-friendly riverside park along the banks of the Muvattupuzha River. The project was supported by the Kerala Tourism Department and was inaugurated in 2019. The park was developed to improve the riverside area and provide a pleasant recreational space for local residents and visitors.

The Jet Plane View Point combines an aviation display with the scenic surroundings of Piravom. The preserved aircraft is an HJT-16 Kiran Mk.I, an Indian-designed jet trainer that served with the Indian Air Force. The aircraft preserved at Piravom is identified as U-751
